Faith-based Organizations Learn to Write Winning Proposals

OCCUR and the San Francisco Foundation FAITHS Program present “Keys to Writing Effective Proposals,” conducted by expert Glen Price of the Glen Price Group, who will provide valuable proposal writing training for Bay Area faith-based organizations and their nonprofit partners. This is the fourth in a free series of workshops in the 2013 Model Built on Faith Capacity Building Series VI.  It will be presented Thursday, May 16 at the Alameda County Conference Center, 125 12th St., 4th floor, Oakland  in the Hayward/Union City Conference Rooms. Participants will be taken step by step through an often-confusing process to learn how to build strong cases for acquiring funding from private foundations. Organization development experts, Randolph Belle and Carmen Bogan, will also provide training on how to diversify your funding base.
