The Post radio show is back on the air, in partnership with Gospel Station 1640 A.M. KDIA of Baybridge Communications, LLC.
The first radio broadcast the Post News Hour founded by David Scott was aired on More Public Radio International in May 2011.
The new broadcast, co-hosted by Scott and longtime photographer and writer Amaranth Modacure and friend of the Late Chauncey Bailey, brings new flavor and enthusiasm to the Bay Area.
The new show debuts Saturday, Jan. 4 from 10 p.m.-10:30 p.m.’
“With 70,000 local weekly listeners I am excited about new opportunities The Post Radio Show can bring to KDIA & The Post News Group, said Scott. “I have to give credit to my dear friend Chauncey Bailey. We worked together at Soul Beat, where he was news director, and I was the business beat anchor.”
The Post Radio Show will feature weekly guests and welcome sponsorship from the community. The show’s first guests are clothing entrepreneurs Major Castleberry and Prim Vasudev.
