Alameda County Supervisor Wilma Chan Contributes $17,000 To Help Feed Homeless Veterans

  Alameda County Supervisor Wilma Chan is donating $17,000 from her office budget to Alameda Meals on Wheels, a locally funded, seven-day-a-week program, to fund services for homeless veterans who are referred by Operation Dignity.
Students from Mrs. Fimbres' second grade class at Peres Elementary School received science supplies during a Fuel Your School classroom delivery in 2014.
