The Robinson-Weeks-Robinson Scholarship Fund Inc. hosted its 14th Annual Scholarship Breakfast Saturday Feb. 23,  from 9 a.m-noon at the Richmond Memorial Auditorium.
The annual event raises money  to help  underserved high school seniors from West Contra Costa County go to college.
Event highlights included a performance by Rhythm and Gospel artist Amar Khalil, lead singer of Tony! Toni! Toné!
The event was directed by Program Coordinator Lola Allen under the leadership of the Board President Dr. Brazell Carter and board members Dr. Otis Rounds, Virgil Weekes, Carol Sims, and Barbara Brown.
Sponsors  of the breakfast included JetBlue, Merriweather & Williams Insurance, Girls, Inc. of West Contra Costa County, M.A. Hays Co, and Communities United Restoring Mother Earth.
