The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CAHCC) kicked-off its 35th annual convent in Downtown Oakland. The 3-day conference themed, “A Legacy of Latino Leadership: Building America’s Business Future”, focused on Latinos as a majority rather than a minority.
CAHCC Chairman Ernie Gutierrez said, “Our organization and the chambers we work with around the state will remain focused on delivering services to Latino businesses that provide the tools for businesses to succeed.”
Along with workshops, lecturers, and planning sessions, the conference featured entertainment from Grammy Award-Winning singer Sheila E and actress Daisy Fuentes.
