What is it that you do everyday that makes you happy?
Think about it. Every day, you wake up and you step outside for a new day that is full of multiple opportunities. The only thing you have to do is start your day with the right mindset – cool, calm, and collected.
There is so much of the world that you have yet to see.
However, thinking about how you’re going to make it possible to see all that the world has to offer can be overwhelming. Don’t lose yourself. Overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness.
Think positive, frown less, and smile more. Your smile will give you a positive countenance, or expression, that will make people feel the happiness around you.
Would you attempt to do something if you thought you would fail at it?
So, what if, instead of thinking about solving your whole life, you just think about adding good things to your life. Each day, think about contributing a good deed, one at a time, no matter how small or large. Help someone with his or her groceries, or offer a homeless person some food to brighten their day.
Sometimes the strongest among us are the ones who smile through silent pain, cry behind closed doors, and fight battles that nobody knows about. But by fighting through the pain, you begin to fear less and love more.
The ultimate goal of happiness is to find something that makes you smile even through your tears.
We usually make life hard, because we tend to complicate the process. Just don’t let the time pass without doing something that makes you happy. Just be yourself.
I remember hearing a quote that said: You should not feign affection based on your appearance. Neither is cynical about love; for in the face of all disenchantment or disengagement, it is as perennial as the grass on your front lawn. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the grass, the tress and the stars; you have a right to be here. So when the sun sets, be thankful about your life and what you have. At some point, you will have more.
