Free Mental Health Classes in Richmond, Aug. 31


If you have a loved one with a severe and persistent mental health issue, enroll in these 12 free mental health classes. They are one night a week, for two hours and 12 consecutive weeks. It will provide information to help your family and loved one.

This is the 10th year that the  Family 2 Family (F2F) program is being offered free in Richmond. Space is limited. It will change your life and help your family maintain its well-being and find mental health recovery solutions.

The course will cover:

  • Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder
  • Bipolar Disorder (Manic Depression)
  • Panic Disorder
  • Borderline Personality Disorder
  • Major Depression,
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Location: Grace Lutheran Church, 2369 Barrett Avenue at 24th Street Richmond; 7 PM to 9 PM

Date: Thursdays, Starting Aug. 31st and ending Nov 16th 2017.
