As Senator Elizabeth Warren’s campaign for President continues to grow and strengthen, this week she has received important and powerful new endorsements, for her campaign for positive structural change to improve lives in our community.
Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts strongly endorsed Elizabeth Warren this week, saying,”Warren wants to truly put the powers of government into the hands of the people” .
Warren is also expanding her campaign presence, and will open a new Headquarters in Oakland. Starting at 1pm, Sunday Nov. 10th at 900 Alice Street in Oakland, Warren’s campaign will be opening up in Oakland a space from which to mobilize more volunteers and reach out to voters.
Oakland City Council President Rebecca Kaplan endorsed Elizabeth Warren’s campaign for President this week, and will be speaking at the Sunday Warren campaign HQ opening.
Said Kaplan: “Elizabeth Warren knows what’s broken in America, she knows how to fix it, and she’s building a grassroots movement to get it done. In a Warren Administration, we will build affordable housing, secure LGBTQ+ equality, work to end racial disparities and lift up frontline communities in the fight for environmental justice. I know Californians can count on her to fight for a government and an economy that works for everyone, and I’m proud to endorse her for President.”
