The Oakland Private Industry Council (PIC) is hosting interviews for applicants who wish to start training and being working in the construction trades, 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 24 at the West Oakland Neighborhood Career Center, 1801 Adeline St., Suite 209, in Oakland.
