BottleRock Festival Returns to Solano County
Solano County will be rocking for three days this weekend when the annual BottleRock festival returns.
BottleRock is a three-day, delicacy-fueled foray into the absolute best music, wine, food and beer the world has to offer. Thousands of music, food and wine lovers gather each year at the festival. In recent years the event has completely sold out.
The event begins on Friday, May 29 and lasts until Sunday May 31 at 575 Third St., Napa. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and the last act ends promptly at 10 p.m.
Artists scheduled to appear at the festival include Snoop Dogg, Robert Plant, No Doubt and Public Enemy.
BottleRock Napa Valley brings a lineup of chefs, restaurateurs, winemakers, sommeliers, and craft brewers that is unparalleled in the music festival world.
“BottleRock Napa Valley is all about blending great music, food and wine,” said David Graham, CEO of Latitude 38. “For 2015, we are ramping up our culinary experience with the Williams-Sonoma Culinary Stage. Where else but the Napa Valley can you pull off a food & wine festival within a music festival? There’s just no other music festival that matches the quality of wine and food star power that BottleRock provides.”
President of Williams-Sonoma, Janet Hayes adds, “Williams-Sonoma’s Culinary Stage will showcase some of the country’s top chefs and sommeliers with musicians and celebrities. We are excited to create unique culinary experiences for festival attendees that will differentiate BottleRock from all other food and music festivals.”
Centrally located in the Whole Foods Restaurant Garden of the festival, the Williams-Sonoma Culinary Stage will be hosted by the Bay Area’s “Foodie Chap,” Liam Mayclem of KCBS, and will feature celebrated chefs, vintners, actors, professional athletes and sommeliers participating in entertaining demos, performances, and other hi-jinx.
The chef lineup includes Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina of the Mina Group, Iron Chef Marc Forgione, and Michelin-star chef Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn.
You can purchase single-day, VIP or Platinum passes – beginning at $139 (excluding fees). The three-day passes have already sold out.
