Jamie Foxx Blames Earpiece for ‘Off’ National Anthem at Mayweather v Pacquiao

(BBC) – Jamie Foxx has admitted his US national anthem performance at Mayweather v Pacquiao was “a little off” and blamed his earpiece falling out.
His rendition of the Star Spangled Banner was panned by many people on social media.
“Now some people were a little upset at how it went down,” the singer said on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
“My inner ears were out and I’m singing with an organ and I can’t hear what the organ is doing with the big crowd.”
