Laconia Development Supports Richmond Youth
In keeping with its commitment to supporting Richmond community-based agencies, Laconia Development LLC has donated $5,000 to the Richmond Steelers.

The company also provided pizza and 150 backpacks with school supplies to students at Washington Elementary School. Laconia Development works in partnership with the Community Partners Alliance Group to run a community group committed to advocating for the Richmond community.
Laconia Development is managing the “Terminal One” project, overseeing the redevelopment of nearly 13.8 acres of shoreline property in Richmond. The project will create 326 for-sale housing properties.
