(Entertainment Wise) – Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight will remain in jail for another six weeks after a judge delayed his bail review following a request from the hip hop mogul’s attorney and the prosecutor to push back the hearing until the end of March.

The 49-year-old, who pleaded guilty last week to a string of murder charges, appeared at the Compton Courthouse in Los Angeles on Monday with hopes to hear a review into his appeal for bail. However, Suge’s lawyer David Kenner and the residing prosecutor asked the judge to delay the hearing until March 20 as they needed more time to prepare. Unfortunately for Suge, their motion was granted, meaning the music executive will remain in jail for at least another six weeks.

According to the Associated Press, prosecutors are hoping to present evidence of other crimes allegedly committed by Suge and according to the Deputy District Attorney Cynthia Barnes, this could include a “very large stack of uncharged crimes,” although she refused to specify the details of the reported offences. During the hearing, Kenner also clarified what happened at last week’s court appearance, when Suge collapsed and was rushed to hospital around an hour after he stood in front of the judge.
